Refund Policy
Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly, so we normally can’t make changes once an order is placed. If you’d like to cancel or modify an order, email us within 1 hour of placing it and we’ll do our best to help. While we’ll make every effort, we can’t guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been processed.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on eligible products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be returned in the original packaging. Opening the outer box is permitted; however, using the product makes it ineligible for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We’re not liable for refunds related to incorrect or incomplete order details, so please ensure all information is accurate when placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged product(s) and your order number.
Bundle Purchases
If a customer purchases multiple identical items as part of a bundle or bundle-priced offer, the purchase is considered one bundled transaction.
If any item within the bundle is opened or used, the entire bundle becomes ineligible for a return or refund, whether partial or full.
Returns are only accepted for bundle purchases if all items remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@magicboardco.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon acceptance, we will provide detailed instructions for the return shipment. Returns without prior request will not be accepted. If there are any issues with the product, customers are required to provide a video demonstrating the issue for review to validate refund eligibility. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping labels.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MagicBoard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, since our product is an LED Drawing Board, 99% of cases have no customs charges
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@magicboardco.com

2. Share a video of the product explaining the issue.
3. Give a short explanation of how you expected the product to be.

Please ensure to include a video of the issue for our review, as this is now a requirement for validating eligibility for a refund. We have implemented this measure due to instances of misuse of our policy. Once we receive your feedback, we will promptly initiate the return process. We aim to make this as hassle-free as possible for you. Your decision to make a purchase with us is greatly appreciated, and we regret that the experience did not live up to your expectations. Your insights will be instrumental in helping us improve our products and services. Shipping Labels for Returns and Refunds
Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, we will confirm the delivery address, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier details so that you may follow up directly with the shipping carrier.
If you selected shipping protection at checkout, we may offer a free replacement or a refund after investigating and confirming the loss. Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation, such as a report from the shipping carrier or a police report in the case of theft.
Additionally, we are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to being unclaimed, including but not limited to situations where the recipient does not pick up the package from the post office or delivery location within the time frame specified by the carrier. Orders returned as unclaimed are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.
